UID,Member_ID,Name,Balance, andLocked_Balance. - Modify the numbers in the Balance or Locked_Balance columns to correct the transaction errors. DO NOT alter the UID column.
- Save the file (Ensure it remains in .CSV format).
- Upload the file above and click Run Synchronization. The live database will instantly update to match your Excel sheet!
